We ship worldwide. JamChat™ garments are fulfilled and shipped with the utmost care. Every order is handled personally before it leaves our hands.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods — new collection drops, Heritage Edition releases, and major holidays — processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country, which is outside our control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. JamChat™ has no control over customs processing times or fees. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order if you have concerns.

Tracking Your Order A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Use this number to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at JamChat@myjamchat.com.


RETURNS

Our Standard We want you to love what you receive. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Return Eligibility We accept returns on items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • In original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, smoke, or any other odors
  • Not a final sale item — final sale items are clearly marked at checkout and are not eligible for return

How to Start a Return Email us at JamChat@myjamchat.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your return. We will respond within 2 business days with your return authorization and instructions. Do not send items back without a return authorization — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or arrived damaged. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. JamChat™ is not responsible for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund — this is outside our control and varies by institution.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. This is the fastest way to get you what you need without delays waiting on stock holds.


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item entirely, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at JamChat@myjamchat.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you — either a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be issued, whichever you prefer.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

JamChat™ is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors and building management
  2. Checking all entry points of your property
  3. Waiting 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered up to one day early
  4. Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number

If the issue remains unresolved after these steps, contact us at JamChat@myjamchat.com and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
