We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

JamChat.com offers the following product categories, each with specific return considerations:

Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:
Apparel (T-Shirts, Sweatshirts & Hoodies)
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of odors, stains, or alterations.
• All original tags and labels must still be attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging where applicable.
• We cannot accept returns on apparel that has been worn, washed, or customized/personalized.
Headwear (Hats & Caps)
• Hats must be in their original, unaltered condition — unbent, unsoiled, and with tags intact.
• Items showing signs of wear or sweat staining cannot be accepted.
Drinkware & Novelty Items (Mugs, etc.)
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• If your mug or novelty item arrived broken or damaged, please see the Damaged or Defective Items section below — we will make it right.
• Used or washed mugs cannot be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
• Personalized or custom-printed items (unless defective or incorrect).
• Items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
• Gift cards or store credits.
• Items that have been worn, washed, used, or altered after delivery.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is easy. Just follow these steps:
• Email us at myjamchat.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
• If approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with return shipping instructions.
• Securely pack your item(s) and write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
• Ship the package to the return address provided in your approval email.
Important: Returns received without a valid RMA number may be refused or delayed. Please do not send items back before contacting us first.
Sizing & Exchanges
We know that getting the right fit matters. If your apparel or headwear doesn't fit as expected, we're happy to help you exchange it for a different size, subject to availability.
To request a size exchange:
• Contact us at myjamchat.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out the replacement size.
Please note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue store credit or a full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to one of the following:
• You received a defective or damaged item.
• You received the wrong item or size due to our error.
In these cases, JamChat.com will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times can vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, email us at myjamchat.com and we'll look into it right away.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect our products before shipping, but occasionally items may arrive damaged — especially fragile novelty items like mugs. If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
• A brief description of the issue.
• Your order number.
Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund — whichever works best for you. We will cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly so that you receive your items as soon as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at myjamchat.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and will need to go through our standard return process.
For custom or personalized orders, cancellations must be made within 2 hours of purchase, as production may begin immediately.
