Overview

At JamChat.com, we work hard to get your favorite tees, hoodies, hats, mugs, and novelty items to you as quickly and safely as possible. This Shipping Policy covers everything you need to know about how we process, pack, and deliver your orders — both within the United States and internationally.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

 

Please note the following processing considerations by product type:

       Apparel (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies) — Standard items ship within 1–3 business days. Custom or print-on-demand apparel may require 3–5 additional business days for production.

       Headwear (hats & caps) — Typically ship within 1–3 business days.

       Novelty items & drinkware (mugs, etc.) — Ship within 1–3 business days. Mugs are carefully packed with protective material to prevent breakage in transit.

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Note: Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout for qualifying orders over $50.

Important: International delivery times are estimates and do not account for customs clearance delays, which are outside our control. Actual delivery may vary depending on your country's postal service and customs procedures.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. JamChat.com has no control over customs processes and cannot predict additional charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on applicable fees before placing an order.

Shipping Fragile Items (Mugs & Novelty Drinkware)

We take extra care when packing mugs and novelty drinkware to minimize the risk of breakage during shipping. Each item is wrapped in protective materials and placed in reinforced packaging. However, in the rare event that your mug arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at myjamchat.com with photos of the damage and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

 

Note: Mugs and fragile items are not available for Overnight Shipping due to the additional handling care required.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly on our website at www.jamchat.com by entering your order number.

 

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. JamChat.com is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at myjamchat.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

       Check around your property, mailbox, and with neighbors.

       Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered before they arrive.

       Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number.

       If the package still cannot be located, contact us at myjamchat.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

 

JamChat.com is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will do our best to help resolve the situation. We strongly recommend requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Undeliverable Packages & Returned Mail

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you via email. You will have the option to have the order reshipped (additional shipping fees may apply) or receive a refund for the item cost only (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
